Terms & Refund Policy


At ProudFreak we strive to always deliver top quality products and a great consumer experience. If you have any problem regarding your order, please make sure to read and understand the information below and contact us.

Yes, we have a refund policy at your disposal.

Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option in the confirmation e-mail. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case ProudFreak will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

ProudFreak will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error and (b) ProudFreak receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.

Return/Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 natural days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 natural days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Refunds

Remorse - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

Unclaimed/Wrong Direction - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer. Returns unclaimed for 4 weeks will be given to charity.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore ProudFreak reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

  • Any other relevant information
  • You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Make sure you keep them if you find any problem with your order

Once we receive your claim, we will contact you to confirm if the claim is valid and share with you the shipping adress for the damaged product.
